I had to take my car in for some major repairs after my engine light came on, and to say I was stressed would be an understatement! However, the experience I had at this garage was nothing short of fantastic. The team took the time to thoroughly explain what the problem was and offered various solutions based on my budget, which was refreshing. Their transparency and willingness to answer all my questions made me feel at ease. I was particularly impressed with how quickly they managed to get my car back on the road; I expected to be without it for days, but they had it ready in just 48 hours! The work they did was top-notch, and my car runs smoother than it has in a long time. I also loved that they followed up with me a week later to see how everything was going. It’s rare to find that kind of customer care these days. My only minor suggestion would be to perhaps improve their online booking system, as it was a bit tricky navigating it initially. Still, this is a place I’d recommend to anyone!

They identified an issue with my brakes that I hadn’t noticed and managed to fix it the same day. The prices were very reasonable, especially for the level of expertise they provide. My only suggestion would be to have a clearer signage for first-time visitors, as I had a bit of trouble finding the entrance. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied and will definitely be returning for my future car needs.

I can't say enough good things about the service I received at this auto repair shop. I brought my car in because it was making a weird clunking sound, and I was really worried it would cost a fortune. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming and listened carefully to my concerns. They quickly diagnosed the problem and explained everything in a way that I could understand, which was a huge relief. They offered me a reasonable quote and got to work right away. I was amazed at how quickly they finished the repairs—my car was ready the same day! It feels like it’s running like new now. The customer service was exemplary; they were friendly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. The only thing I would suggest is that they could use a bit of a refresh in their waiting area to make it more inviting while you wait. However, with service this good, I barely spent time there. I will definitely return for any future needs and recommend them to friends and family!
